We offer pre-sales and on-site technical support FREE OF CHARGE to any customer who wishes to make use of this service.

As a well-established local manufacturing concern, Penlac can provide free technical advice to any customers who ask for it, usually before they start painting. In addition to providing free guidance, our Technical Support Department can conduct on-site visits, when required, for projects located on the main islands of Mahe, Praslin & La Digue and other smaller inner and outer islands.

Penlac customers are encouraged to request for free technical advice before using the company’s product. Customers may also ask for further specific instructions or for more detailed information before applying the product by simply contacting Penlac's own Technical Support Team at our Le Rocher factory or call us on tel. no. 4344606.

It is a well-known fact that surface preparation is 90% of the painting job. That is why it is important to follow the paint application instructions and make sure that the surface to be painted is clean, dry and free from dirt, grease or contaminants before painting.

Unlike paint importers and other paint suppliers in Seychelles, Penlac manufactures its own paints locally and adheres to a strict set of internal standards. We have both the local knowledge and the technical know-how to help others get the most out of their painting & decorating investments.
